About Swift Commute

Swift Commute is a web based system that enables people who are interested in car sharing around Britain (excl NI) to find other commuters who would like to either get a break from driving, by sharing the task with someone else or simply cut down on the spiralling cost of fuel.

The service offered to Swift Commute members will allow car poolers to be matched up with other car sharing members and communicate with them privately without having to disclose personal details such as email addresses or phone numbers.

Our car pooling service is unique and offers registered users the opportuntiy to create a commuting travel profile using our interactive maps with simple drag and drop actions. Registered users will then be matched together automatically based on demographic preferences and travel profile information.

You don't have to be a car owner to use the Swift Commute car pooling service. Non car owners will automatically be matched up with car owners. If you do own a car why not join in and share lifts. You have the chance to possibly cut your emissions by half whilst taking traffic off the roads and getting to work more quickly.
